With over 16 years of experience as an interior designer and entrepreneur, she brings innovation, insight, and leadership to both the design world and the professional development space. Aubre created NXT Level as a response to her own journey through entrepreneurship and motherhood fostering a community where women could grow together through accountability, education, and genuine support. Today, the organization includes 50+ members statewide, offering dynamic events, retreats, and business strategy programs.

Aubre also grew up showing horses at the state and collegiate level—a passion that still fuels her creativity and determination.
