Kate’s guests are Amy Downs who worked as a bank teller at the Federal Employees Credit Union and survived the attack, and Walter Lamar who spent 18 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He served as a Special Agent/Supervisory Special Agent.
In 1995, he was twice presented the FBI Shield of Bravery for actions taken in the immediate aftermath of the Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing and the second for exhibition of bravery while engaged in a running gun battle with an armed felon.
