Acerca de esta escucha
Principles of Motor Learning makes learning and mastering new movement tasks feel less daunting and doable. For a lot of people, we let the fear of messing up and not being perfect keep up from trying something new, especially if it requires learning a new movement skill.
Here's a small piece of one of my favorite lectures I created. As always, feel free to reach out if you'd like to learn more or hear the entire presentation for yourself, business, or class.
