Ep 11: Writing Yourself Back Together Again with Dr. Sarah Jefferis

In this week's episode, Sabrina “Shine” Williams host of Shine Bright with Sabrina, interviews Dr. Sarah Jefferis, a TEDX Speaker, author, editor, writing coach and yoga teacher. She is the CEO of her own writing business entitled Write.Now. and believes that writing is medicine.

One writing prompt she shared is “How can I not be afraid of my own light? another prompt "I now release turning my anger and aggression against myself." This episode is to assist you in standing tall again and finding your way back to wholeness so you can shine as you were created to do.

Dr Sarah offers professional writing services including developmental editing and writing coaching as well as manuscript reviews of memoirs, novels, or poetry books. She teaches writing/yoga workshops and offers keynotes about writing strategies.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts MFA from Cornell and a PhD in Writing from Binghamton University. She is the author of two poetry books, "What Enters the Mouth," and Forgetting the Salt." Also, she is a certified Yin yoga instructor and believes that YOGA is for everybody in every size and shape.
