In The Road to Hell, Graeme sets out the 17 points of circumstantial evidence the Crown put forward to prove Max Sica was the killer of the Singh siblings along with the confession Max Sica gave to his friend Ms B. Graeme lists the points relied on by the crown and provides an explanation for them contrary to the crown position.

He goes into details of the alleged confession. He talks with Criminologist Ann McMahon who has built an offender profile of the murders.
