    Haley McNamara (Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Director at NCOSE) sat down to chat with Marcel van der Watt (CEO and President at NCOSE) to talk about the issue of sextortion. What is it and how pervasive is this issue around the world? Haley helps to define some issues and highlights some current examples. Marcel shares from his own experience in law enforcement as well as shares from recent studies that take a closer look at this.     The Ending Sexploitation Podcast - Episode 94

    Tim Nester (Vice President of Communications at NCOSE) steps in to host this episode, and he is joined by Jake Ostler from the International Protection Alliance. They discuss the current battles that are happening around the globe in the efforts to keep kids safe online, and they talk about some things that parents and others can do to be proactive in this movement.

    Jake is a founding member of International Protection Alliance and leads their survivor support initiatives. He has an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Social Work with a focus on Global Practice, and a certificate in Anti-Human Trafficking from Vanguard University. He has been working with survivors of sexual violence since 2016. This work has taken place in over 10 countries, focusing on Asia and the US. He has worked with survivors of online sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, human trafficking, child marriage, torture, and other types of violence. Jake is a therapist in Utah. Internationally he manages care teams that directly support survivors. He provides training and consultation both domestically and internationally to organizations that work to support survivors.

    Ending Sexploitation Podcast - Episode 93

    Dani Pinter, Esq., (Chief Legal Officer and Director of the NCOSE Law Center) and Peter Gentala (President, Center for Arizona Policy) discuss the incredible new developments in the Twitter Lawsuit as it is officially on the docket for the Supreme Court for them to review and consider. They provide some insights into the work that has happened over the past 5 years to get us to this place where these brave survivors have a chance at getting justice. It's an amazing story, and Peter and Dani have been involved from the start along with the NCOSE Law Center and Lisa Haba and her wonderful team.
