Encore: 20 years later and still bustin’ clutter

Betsy started the company with little to no goal and 20 years later she is still kicking---She started the company when others were outsourcing HR people---her youngest was 2 yrs old---9/11 happened 6 months earlier---She has been through a lot---work life balance, young kids, franchising the company, divorce, no longer franchising, the recession, med across the country, covid and so much more---how is she still here and she will share some of her secrets.
