We may have emotions that arise because we aren’t able to use our free will and choose what we would like. In this episode, we’ll discover a technique that you can use when you feel energies and emotions such as anger, upset, sadness or rage in your physical body. We’ll practice acceptance, then transmuting the unwanted energy that you feel with your breath and heart, and why this is an important tool to learn to live a happy life. Through remembering a particular instance in which you feel upset because you felt controlled, you’ll gain an awareness of how compassionate understanding for other people can help overcome differences and help you create a better life and world.
