Hey Eagles, it's Jenny with your Campus Update for November 10 through November 17. Let's get you set for the week—fast. First up—Emory's 17th Annual Veterans Day Ceremony is this Tuesday, November 11, at 11:00 AM on the Quadrangle. Join us in honoring those who've served. In case of rain, we'll move to Convocation Hall, Room 210. Register to receive a free boxed lunch. Next—if you're eyeing leadership development, applications for Emory's Learning and Organizational Development programs are due today, November 10. Don't miss out on Essentials of Leadership, Aspiring Leaders, and more. And—mark your calendars: International Education Week kicks off next Monday, November 17. Stay tuned for a lineup of events celebrating global education. Over the weekend, our swimming and diving teams hosted the Emory Fall Invitational. Both men's and women's teams dominated, securing first place. Standout performances included Elodie Mitchell and Carson Kalish, each clinching two individual event wins. Looking ahead, our women's basketball team hits the road to face Trinity University in Texas on November 8 and Mary Hardin-Baylor on November 9. Best of luck, Eagles! This Monday, November 10, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the TechLab at Cox Hall is hosting a 3D Printing Workshop. It's a great chance to get hands-on with cutting-edge tech. Also on Monday, at 5:00 PM, join the CPCS seminar for a talk titled "A City on the Edge: Criminality and Communalism in Bombay on the Eve of India's Partition" by Hugo Hansen. It's happening in Callaway Memorial Center, Room N301. And for a dining tip—Dobbs Common Table is featuring global dishes throughout International Education Week. Submit your favorite recipes by October 24 to see them on the menu. This week in Atlanta, expect a chilly start with temperatures in the 40s on Monday and Tuesday. Things warm up midweek, reaching the upper 60s by Thursday and Friday. No significant rain in the forecast, so enjoy the sunshine! Your move: register for the Veterans Day Ceremony by Tuesday to secure your free boxed lunch. Let's show our support for those who've served. That's your quick Campus Update.
