  • How bodies are represented and given agency in hybrid spaces makes a big difference for people in the Global South, says DJ and creative technologist Babusi Nyoni. It was one of the reasons for him to build his own Metaverse setting. Interactive artist Roel Wouters often sees digital bodies reduced to ornaments. To overcome that, he looks for friction in the all-too-smooth digital realms.
