Pamela has over 30 years of experience and currently serves as a program manager implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming into organizations. Pam shares not only best practices on actions we can take as individuals within organizations, but also how we can collectively move toward becoming stewards of DE & I as part of our organizational culture.

Pamela’s knowledge and expertise should be heard by every person in management in every sector of business. Although some managers may have management skills, they are not all leaders.
