Today on our episode #417 of All in the Industry, Shari Bayer's guests are Ellia Park & Chef Junghyun “JP” Park, wife & husband team, originally from Seoul, South Korea, who co-founded the acclaimed NYC-based restaurant group, Na:eun Hospitality, which includes Atomix, a two Michelin star, tasting menu restaurant located in NYC's Rose Hill, which has earned 3 stars in The New York Times & is currently #12 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants; Atoboy in NoMad; NARO in Rockefeller Center; & Seoul Salon in Koreatown — all focusing on Korean cuisine.

As CEO, Ellia is recognized for her innovative leadership, spearheading the operations & service programs across Na:eun’s establishments, contributing to their global acclaim. In 2022, Atomix was awarded the 'Gin Mare Art of Hospitality' by The World's 50 Best Restaurants, & in 2025, recognized by the James Beard Awards for Outstanding Hospitality. JP was recognized as Best Chef: NY State (2023) by the James Beard Foundation, & his first cookbook, The Korean Cookbook (Phaidon), was published in 2023. He is also a contributor to Shari's book, Chefwise (Phaidon, 2023). In 2024, Ellia & JP opened C.E. (Common Era), a culinary lab in Seoul dedicated to advancing Hansik through innovation & research. With an academic background in Food Sciences & years of experience leading the “New Korean” movement, JP, together with Ellia, continue to push the boundaries of Korean cuisine globally & redefine Korean cuisine on the international stage, fostering creativity & inclusivity within the industry.
