Edwin Ramirez on Health and Fitness in the Latino Community

Edwin Ramirez, personal trainer and owner of Macro Solutions, shares his journey from being a soccer athlete to a fitness coach.

He started in the gym with the help of a friend and eventually found his passion for fitness. Growing up in the restaurant industry and a Latino community, food was always prevalent, but Edwin broke away from that lifestyle by prepping his own meals and learning to enjoy cooking.

His family had to adjust to his new lifestyle, but it also gave him the opportunity to be creative in his cooking and eating habits. Today, Edwin's mission is to help the Latino community get involved in fitness and change their relationship with food and exercise.
