Edward Reed - A Wellness Journey

For over 25 years, Ed continues to successfully lead, empower, and coach students, parents, aspiring leaders, professionals, executives, and leadership teams. He has served in various leadership roles in private industry and in secondary schools recognized among the top 100 schools in America.

Ed provides coaching, strategic educational & career planning, management consulting, personality & career interest assessments, and leadership development training services. He serves on various advisory boards for nonprofit organizations. He served as the 2016 - 2017 President of the Maryland School Counselor Association. He is also the former host of the award winning show "Congratulations! You're In!" In 2017 he was awarded MCPS Middle School Counselor of the Year.

Ed is an Executive Director & Certified John C. Maxwell Team International Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Keynote Speaker. He believes people are the most valuable resources in every organization and that cultivating a culture of leadership is critical to long-term organizational success. His coaching and leadership training focuses on empowering and equipping people to effectively connect with others, stretch beyond their comfort zone, and apply sound wisdom to strengthen their foundation for long-term success.
