Today’s news transpires at a frantic pace. It is fanned by both ends of the political spectrum into near hysterical proportions. “Newsteria”. I have reported on the news flow for over 40 years. In most cases both sides arguments can be broken down into their most simple form. Others just become absurd thinking about them. From where I stand politically, firmly in the middle, there is a mission. I just want to quickly break down arguments to their common denominators. What are the sides saying? Whether one seems to make more sense is up to you.

Ed Baxter is an award winning journalist. He is the recipient of accolades from Associated Press, UPI, RTNDA, and six regional and national Edward R. Murrow honors. He spent over thirty years at KGO Radio as well as working for the ABC radio network. Ed was the main substitute on the globe’s number program, Paul Harvey News, through most of the 1990’s. He most recently spent nine years at Bloomberg Media as a News Anchor.
