Erin Zapcic is a writer and actor turned union organizer. She came to California by way of New Jersey, and if you've been to Medieval Times in the last 12 years there's a good chance you have a photo of her somewhere in your phone. She might make her living with words -- either hers or someone else's -- but her current passion is the labor movement and toppling corporate greed.
