  • Vicky Jepson, Senior Assistant Head Coach of our Women's First Team, guest stars in the latest episode of Off The Shelf! After starting her coaching journey at just 16 years old, Vicky has journeyed from her local sides in Macclesfield, to roles with the FA and Liverpool before joining Spurs as Assistant Coach under Rehanne Skinner in 2021. Enticed by the Club's vision, Vicky is into her fourth season in north London which has seen her lead the side as Interim Head Coach, play an instrumental role in professionalising the women's team and now work alongside Head Coach Robert Vilahamn in her current role - including the historic Women's FA Cup run to reach our first-ever final at Wembley Stadium in 2023/24. One of 17 women to have completed their UEFA Pro Licence, this is a fascinating listen with anecdotes and insights from an elite operator at the top of the women's game.
