As a young child, Duncan O'Finioan was chosen and trained to be a part of a top-secret psychic warfare unit. The U. S. government was interested in developing children with extremely high IQs along with advanced psychic abilities. Duncan candidly talks about missions he was involved with along with getting substantiation from others he knew as to what occurred.
