EPISODE 11: ADDICTION

(THOUGHT OUTPUT) Addiction, as it is understood through the DARE program, is often associated with the substance itself.... But what if we understood that substance use and abuse are symptoms of our own discomfort with our addictive ways of thinking and behaving? What if the addiction is to our THOUGHTS and the substances are simply the coping mechanism? What if we are addicted to telling the story of our "core wound"? What happens when we stop telling the story?
