Propl is a business that builds virtual work assessments allowing job seekers to gain more experience while interviewing and make the recruitment and hiring process more effective, inclusive and fair.

Mai Phan is the founder of Propl and she just received a research grant from the Oslo Kommune, and in partnership with the Oslo Metropolitan University they’re looking to implement this new assessment method.
