Nuala Moore is one of the most daring extreme swimmers in the world.
In 2006, she was part of a six-person team that swam 1,330km around the island of Ireland over 56 days, one of the most challenging swims ever completed.
From completing record-breaking swims in the Bering Strait and the Drake Passage to immersing herself in some of the world’s coldest waters, Nuala has spent her life exploring what it means to push human limits, embracing chaos and transforming fear into growth.
She shares the lessons she's learned about balance, breathing and breaking through your own limiting beliefs, from her father's fising boat in Dingle Harbour to the treachourous waters between Russia and the US.
