Deanston Distillery

Age: 4 years

Cask: Barrel; 180 - 200L

Nose: Fresh citrus, honeyed barley and a subtle hint of smoke

Palate: Toffee sweets, followed by cream and oak notes

Finish: Oak spices

Sample 9:

Glencadam distillery

Age: 11 years

Cask: Barrel; 180 - 200L

Nose: Aromatic and fresh. Hay, fruit, gentle wood influence with light vanilla and spice

Palate: Beautifully balanced with tart fruits, freshly cut hay and vanilla sweetness

Finish: Long and gentle as it fades out on barley malt and fruit

Sample 22:

Miltonduff distillery

Age: 11 years

Cask: Hogshead; 225 - 250L

Nose: Crisp and dry, Portuguese tarts, vanilla pods and white chocolate

Palate: Faint lime pickle, coconut, whole ginger and olive oil. Green apple skins, hint of soya sauce with mint and fennel

Finish: Cappuccino, almond butter, sweetcorn and creaminess
