EP 53 - Friday thoughts ( The last 2 months )

The last two months have been very challenging. I share some experiences about what I’ve learned when a loved one becomes sick and how I’ve been managing everything.

I also came across a suicide note that was written back in 2018. I chose to read it and give my thoughts on it, and how far I’ve come, so just giving you a heads-up about that.
