Penn Clark is an apostolic teacher, pastor, and international minister with more than four decades of experience in discipleship, leadership training, and global missions.

Penn is the founding pastor of Wellspring Fellowship in upstate New York and the author of numerous discipleship books that form the core of his training curriculum.
