Halloween was just around the corner, and neighbourhoods allover the US were readying their homes for the festive celebrations. Families were carving pumpkins, making costumes, baking delicious treats and decorating their homes inside and out. But there was one house in particular, whichreceived much attention for its Halloween display. In fact, the display caused an outcry.
