I'll be honest, 2025 was a year of reflection for me. We officially crossed multiple 7 figures in the agency (which is wild to celebrate), but I also realized my growth has been slow and sustainable. And while that's not a bad thing, I'm ready to challenge myself to grow faster without burning out or 3xing my workload.

I'm sharing the exact metrics I'm tracking:

  • Demand through conversations and inquiries
  • Sales through actual completed purchases.

And I'm breaking down what I learned didn't work: inconsistent posting, trying to speak to everyone, creating too much offer-specific content, and spending more time refining deliverables than my positioning.

But here's what I'm doing instead: making short form content non-negotiable, getting crystal clear on my thing in the industry, focusing on my corner of the internet instead of going mainstream viral, and selling through better positioning—not better offers.
