EP 16: Grace To Grow

No matter what we examine in life, everything has its own process of growth. What I have found is that oftentimes individuals extend grace to everyone else but themselves. We know that there are bumps in the life that we don't plan for, or difficult situations we wish we could go back in time to change. I encourage you not to get caught up in the would've, should've, or could've in life - they are crippling to say the least. Go just as hard for yourself as you would for so many others, and give yourself grace-
