Tony's journey began in 1998 when he was appointed to tackle reverse logistics issues at Philips. Since then, he has been instrumental in developing industry best practices through collaboration with academics and subject matter experts. An active member of the RLA since 2004, Tony shares his extensive insights and experiences, including participation in prestigious industry events such as CES and NRF Big Show.
