Frederik Ribersson is an author, youtuber, wokshopper and facilitator. His main aim is to help people see through narcissists, manipulation and toxic ideas, and to negotiate and heal effectively. Using his own experiences, as well as research on toxic people and toxic dynamics, Frederik now teaches people to think using healthy tools and to heal emotional wounds, so they can move forward.
