It provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment with 24-hour staff, daily routines, peer support, life-skills development, and access to recovery meetings, counseling, and educational resources to foster personal growth and successful reintegration into everyday life. The house was founded by Barbara and David Gillmeister in honor of their son Steven “Gilly,” turning personal loss into a mission to support others on their recovery journey.
