Lastly, think about what you can release that saps your energy. These are the tasks you dislike and that don't highlight your strengths. Listen to your instincts; if a certain task gives you that 'ugh!' feeling, explore if there's a different approach, a better solution, or if you can simply stop doing it. Could you pass it on to someone who enjoys it and does it well? Or maybe outsource it to free up your time for activities that truly energize you?
