  • #804 - Sen-Sarr-tional performance sends Wolfpack to the kennel
    Mar 3 2026
Dame Sarr was incredible as Duke clinched the ACC regular season title outright. His offensive surge was a huge boost for the Blue Devils. We discuss his big night as well as the rest of what Duke did well to run away from the Wolfpack. There were a lot of great performances individually and collectively as NC State had no answer after about 9 minutes had elapsed in the game. There were some things to clean up, so we discuss what they can do a bit better. And, how can a timeout possibly be considered for Play of the Game? Stick around and find out! • DBR Bites #148 - Rolling On To Raleigh
    Mar 2 2026
Fresh off a big win against Virginia, Duke has to turn it around very quickly to play NC State in Raleigh. We preview that game along with some other nuggets on DBR Bites #148. Duke has had some stinkers in Raleigh against the Wolfpack, but they're hoping to buck that trend. NC State has a lot of familiar guys from other teams, but have been inconsistent this season in several areas. We take you though what they've done this year, how they look in the metrics, and what it will take to get a win at the Lenovo Center. After the break, we have a couple of other stories to touch on. First, Nolan Smith has won a regular season conference title in his first season with Tennessee State! Could they be a potential Duke opponent if they make the NCAA Tournament? We also look at how many double digit leads Duke has held over the past couple of seasons, and we discuss the streets finally saying that Jon Scheyer might be a frontrunner for ACC and national coach of the year. • #803 - Nothing Cavalier about this beatdown!
    Mar 1 2026
This just in, Duke is really, really good. Facing yet another big-time opponent, a team on the fringe of the top ten and a club touted as the second best in the ACC, the #1 ranked Blue Devils ran roughshod over Virginia this weekend in a game that was mostly non-competitive. Jon Scheyer and his troops have built one of the most fierce and suffocating defenses in modern college basketball history, taking a Virginia team that was routinely reaching 90 points in other games and dismantling them to the point where they struggled to get to 50. The Duke Basketball Roundup spends a lot of time talking about the quality of the D and which guys are really standing out on that end. It is also worth noting that Isaiah Evans and Darren Harris caught fire from outside in this contest, contributing mightily to the easy victory. Be sure to check out the whole episode, as you will love listening in as Cam and Slim compare themselves to Patrick Mahomes and Randy Moss. Learn more about your ad choices. Feb 25 2026
Well, that was fun! The Blue Devils showed exactly zero mercy facing an injured and outmanned Notre Dame club on Tuesday night, throttling the Irish in a game that felt like it was over only minutes after it had begun. The podcast crew has special praise for the balance Duke showed on offense and defense. After the break, the guys dive into a few other topics, including the never-ending search for a good nickname for Dame Sarr. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
