Dreams usually come true. Dream carefully!

The summers were always busy for us. Mowing hay, working the

garden, clearing fence lines and various other chores that kept us

occupied from first light till after dark. One of my tasks was mowing

pasture fields and I would spend hours operating the Farmall H and

staring off at the blue colored mountains in the distance. I always

wondered if I would someday get to meet a person from another

country and tried to imagine what lay beyond those far off

mountains….

Fast forward over 40 years and I found myself in a village high atop a

mountain near Pokhara Nepal. The village knew we were coming and

had set up an area in front of the house with a blue tarp which covered

a table loaded to the brim with all manner if food and drink. We ate,

laughed, told stories and I even got to share some material from my PC

with the whole village peering over my shoulder to see the screen.

Never be afraid to dream, but do not be surprised if those dreams

exceed your imagination…
