Dr. Xavier McCaskey - Racism and Social Injustice

Dr. Xavier Marquis McCaskey is an adult and child Psychologist based in Columbus, GA. He served in both the US Navy and the US Army. He currently serves as Planning Advisory Committee Commissioner for the city of Columbus, GA, and is a licensed member of the American Planning Association.  Dr. McCaskey shares his views on racism, social injustice,  and the effects of slavery in African-American communities.
