Poor mitochondrial function is very common today due to environmental pollution, microplastics, processed foods and the overuse of certain prescribed medications. If your mitochondria are not working well, you can increase your chances of developing Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, cancer, diabetes, an autoimmune disorder and/or cardiovascular disease.
