Dr. Manuel Juarez earned his Ph.D. in Animal Production from the University of Seville, after completing an MBA and a DVM. He now serves as a Livestock Phenomics Scientist at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. His research combines genetics and phenotyping to improve carcass and meat quality in swine production.
