Very Helpful and Enlightening

This podcast puts words to my feelings. I am in awe of how relatable the description of narcissist behavior is to my own unhealthy marriage. I am learning so much and am able to recognize what narcissism looks like. Thank you for the education. This even helps me have more of an awareness of my own faults and how I can improve.
