Dr. Jeff Moody II

Dr. Jeff Moody II grew up in Moore County and reveals that Tony had a character-building accessory during their days playing basketball. He speaks about the experiences that have shaped him to be the conscientious person that he is today. After a career in exercise and fitness as an Exercise Specialist with FirstHealth, Dr. Moody wanted to expand his work in healthcare to incorporate a more holistic approach to his clients.
