I don't know why people change when they get something better in their life. It's fine to change, but forgetting your childhood friends is the most awful gift anyone can expect on their birthday. We all change as we grow and gain more experiences, but it's important to remember where we came from. True friends don't forget each other, no matter how much time and distance separates them. We should all strive to maintain genuine relationships with our friends, no matter how much our lives may have changed. People should be more appreciative of what they have and who they have. It's not about the material possessions that matter, it's the relationships and memories that count. Cherish the people in your life and never forget them.
