Don't Expect Anything From Anyone

Disappointment arises when we do favors for others, expecting reciprocity. Instead, do things out of kindness, without expectations. Recognize that many are acquaintances, not true friends, and that's okay. Differentiate between the two, valuing genuine connections over transactional ones.
