Remember: what witnessed in the winds

The truth came in the truth came in

The rustles of the trees meant these

    Winds could wash me free

my ravens song went long and loud and gave a blistering cheer

    The sound and reach

    preach preach preach

    The love signs guiding me

    The love signs binding me

    To all teas buried here

    To all twas buried here

    Now ringing in my ears

    Prayers reaching years and years

    Back and forth through time

    Back and forth in rhymes

    & Why I’m Here

    July 30, 2025, Dublin, Ireland

I’m the creator of Documented Healing: a living, breathing project that reclaims power through story, presence, and the weight of being witnessed.

Right now, I’m in Dublin, Ireland tracing my father’s side of the family. This trip is part pilgrimage, part protest, part deep remembering. I’ve been walking the streets that shaped the culture he was raised to forget, and feeling into what I was never meant to know.

The mural in these photos stopped me in my tracks: “Caution: Women at Work.” Surrounded by the faces of Irish women writers who were silenced, censored, or erased. This is the lineage I claim now — not just genetically, but spiritually.

Tomorrow, I’ll be honoring Sinead O’Connor by visiting her mural and her grave. She, too, was a woman who told the truth and paid the price for it.

This journey is not just about roots. It’s about revolt, reconnection, and reclaiming the stories I carry in my body.

    Stay with me.

    Jul 27 2025

    July 26, 2025

As time goes on I realize no one else is talking about this. I am holding it by myself.

So I decided to post to social media.

I’m sharing this video to make sure you have the full picture of what I’ve been speaking about over the last month, since this happened.

The narrative I received from police—that it was a suicide—never sat right with me. And the more I learn, the less it does.

Everyone needs to be aware of this.

On Instagram, my videos on this have over 300,000 views. On TikTok, nearly 70,000.

The comments there are filled with thanks, with people saying “I had no idea.”

I am getting some hate there too, of course, but I am heartened by the sheer number of people urging me to keep speaking up.

But here? It’s been nothing but silence.

    Why is that?

I believe dialogue is essential in moments like this.Processing what comes up for us is personal—but it’s also something we’re meant to do in community.

So I invite you to pause and ask:

What would you say to the part of you that wants to do more than stay silent? What would you say to the part of you that wants to turn away from this?

These questions aren’t easy. But silence is shaping this story—and I’m asking you to help shape something else.
