She woke up realizing she could shape her own story instead of replaying old trauma.

Today Betty calls Brooklyn home and service her lifestyle. She guides clients as a transformation coach, hosts raw-and-real conversations on her YouTube channel, leads retreats and workshops under her brand The Wheel: Transformation in Motion, and supervises peer advocates helping people in early recovery. Her bottom-line message: no matter how messy it looks, your past does not get the last word.
