Diggin Deep

This week I learned a whole lot about myself. I have been going to the gym diligently again after a long time of not, and I have hit a mental roadblock recently. I found it increasingly more difficult to go get lift in if Jade wasn't going to come with me and if I wasn't wanting to go that day. I was mad about it one day this week while I was on my way to the gym alone and it dawned on me... I'm still on my way to the gym. I'm still going. I don't actually need anyone to go with me, I just prefer it. I can't let my preferences become my hindrances. A bunch more stuff in the episode but Jade is rushing me outta the house.
