Have you ever found a diet is unsustainable and you were left thinking that you were weak or unmotivated?

We strongly suspect it is the crazy diet you are trying to follow.
If your diet has you cutting out carbs (and you are not trying out Keto in a fully informed way), eating 1000 calories less than usual, has you on weird macros like super high fat or protein , or other generally weird stuff then you probably should highly suspect of said diet!!
