Diddy Ordered to Justify Civilian Wardrobe Ahead of October Sentencing

Diddy has been ordered by a federal judge to explain why he should be allowed to wear civilian clothing instead of prison garb at his sentencing on October 3, 2025. Judge Arun Subramanian denied a prior motion from Diddy’s legal team to wear civilian clothes at a hearing on September 25, noting the defense failed to give a valid justification. He indicated that he would consider a more detailed explanation ahead of the sentencing.
