With Dortmund in the UK for the Premier League International Cup, Andy sat down for a fascinating conversation about the dedicated, wholistic approach Thomas and his team take in developing future stars of the BVB first team. Thomas gives his unique perspective as a coach who simply intended to pass through youth football on his journey to the top - but ending up choosing to stay for the happiness and fulfilment that comes with such a rewarding role.
