This week on Head for the Hills, Glenn Crouter and Dave Trafford are joined by Mark Tilston, Head Coach for the Canadian Alpine Men's Ski Team, on-site in Austria for the 83rd annual Hahnenkamm Races.

They chat about how the team is looking this season, his philosphy for developing and building up both the team and the skier, and why feeling and instinct are just as vital on the slopes as preparation. They also attempt to answer the big question: Why do people even do this?
