Destructive to Dazzling. My midlife story - 2

In today's episode, I share my "line in the sand" moment that changed the direction of my midlife. I was lost, confused, my confidence had disappeared and I had made my life so small. Yet, there was a voice inside that would not let me settle. Although it has been challenging at times, I am so glad I listened to that voice. I also share more about my destructive past which includes moving through eating disorders, addictions, alcoholism, abusive relationships and bankruptcy.
