Kelsey Kates is the Global Head of Learning Experiences and Faculty Enablement at Google. Kelsey, Kylie and I came to this conversation with quite a clear intention which was to try and add value to those in learning and development who are looking to create more effective, impactful live learning experiences whether they be in person or virtual.
