    Sometimes creativity grows because of constraints, not despite them.
    ゲーム、映画、物語などでも同じことが起こります。

    ⛪ 宗教の Dogma（ドグマ）とは？

    宗教では Dogma は
    大切な教義・基本となる信念を意味します。

    In religion, dogma refers to the core beliefs or teachings
    that define a tradition.

    🧬 生物学のセントラルドグマ

    生物学では Central Dogma という言葉があります。
    DNA → RNA → Protein という
    生命情報の流れを説明する基本原理です。

    Why was this called a “dogma”?
    もしかすると、
    生命の本質に迫る基本原理という意味なのかもしれません。

    今回は「ドグマ」という言葉をめぐって、
    映画と生物学のちょっと不思議なつながりを語ります。
    This episode explores the word “dogma” from two perspectives:
    Danish filmmaking and molecular biology.

    🎬 デンマーク映画の Dogma（ドグマ）とは？
    イプセンさんが、デンマーク映画の Dogma（ドグマ） という考え方を紹介してくれました。

    Dogma is a filmmaking rule created by Danish directors:
    make movies using only natural elements.

    例えば…
    ・撮影後の加工をしない
    ・音楽をあとから追加しない
    ・カメラは手持ち
    ・撮影現場にあるものだけで作る

    In other words, the story and acting must stand on their own.
    No artificial effects — just human emotion and storytelling.

    この制限の中から、素晴らしい映画が生まれたという話に
    タツさんはとても感動しました。

    🧬 セントラルドグマ（Central Dogma of Biology）

    タツさんは、生物学でよく知られる
    Central Dogma（セントラルドグマ） の話をします。

    The central dogma explains how genetic information flows:

    DNA → RNA → Protein

    つまり、
    遺伝子の情報がタンパク質へと翻訳され、
    それが生物の体を作っていくという基本原理です。

    Tatsu wonders if the word “dogma” in film might also point to something similar —
    a way of getting closer to the essence of humans and storytelling.

    映画の本質、人間の本質に迫るためのルールなのかもしれません。
